The Philippine Tarsier Sanctuary located in Canapnapan, Corella is a mere 20-minute drive from Tagbilaran City where every visitor gets first-hand facts on the 45 million year old species of small primates who can turn their heads to 180 degrees. The wide-eyed tarsiers are kept intact in their habitat, leaping freely form one tree branch to another in the brushes and secondary forests at the sanctuary.
A paradise for bird watchers and wildlife lovers is the Rajah Sikatuna Protected Landscape with its base in Bilar.
Friendly monkeys, wild bats, flying lemur, butter-flies, amphibians, and other wild animals inhabit the place. It is also the widest remaining the forest in Bohol.

Off the waters of Pamilacan Island in Baclayon, experience the excitement of watching the playful spinner dolphins frolic in the seas with the Dolphin Watching and Marine Life Tour. Former whale hunters are not turned local tour guides. The area is a haven to at least 11 species of dolphins and whales. Whales are occasionally seen between March and June while resident dolphins are found year round.
