Facebook Addiction Disorder of Many People

Do you log into Facebook before you take a bath? Change your profile picture every 12 hours at minimum? "Like" every post that appears on your News Feed? Play a Facebook game til dawn just so your crops would not rot or your restaurant won't go dirty

or your pet would not die? Make a Facebook account for your pet cats and dogs? Or post a new status update every 3 minutes? Do you have Facebook Addiction Disorder?
 Facebook Addiction Disorder (or FAD) is simply being addicted to Facebook! This happens when you cannot eat, talk, laugh, breathe or simply live without Facebook. And yes, you should be worried.

The way technology has advanced over the years is something we cannot deny. And these advancements have lead to drastic changes in the way we communicate with other people, the way we organize activities, and the way we make our lives easier. Gone were the days when people actually greeted you "Happy Birthday!" personally; they had settle for a post on your wall. Gone too are the days when boys would visit you in your house as efforts to court a girl; now, they think their consistent "LIKES" and "WALL POST of sweet-talk" are already good enough to win a girl's heart.

We have learned the art of SPYING and STALKING other people's walls because confronting them about something needs a huge amount of confidence. And lastly, we have left behind our families because we have gone too busy keeping up with our FB accounts. Don't you see it? FACEBOOK is SLOWLY RUINING OUR LIVES!! But sadly, we still log in, we still post, we still comment, and still go on living the cyclical life of what we have become - addicted to.

But when we come to think of it, what has Facebook done wrong? Basically, the real problem here is us - the Facebook users. Facebook is a mere program, a form of entertainment that offers some positive aspects of living too. Facebook doesn't always give out negative results; it produces some good out of us every once in a while. The only problem is that these positive aspects are overshadowed by us and our capacity to overuse the essence of a simple thing. We need to control ourselves. Think again. Think hard.

What do we truly need to change? Moderation - that is what we need. I am not telling you to commit Facebook Suicide (therefore, deactivate your account). I am merely trying to shake your temporary stance into a more productive output. Talk to other people, share experiences and get to know them better, right way. Look at the mirror and realize that you don't need a good profile picture to prove that you are beautiful. Go out once in a while and see the world in a personal perspective while you still have the time; it might just look a whole lot better than in tagged pictures. Stop worrying about your crops, restaurants, fishes, or pets; try taking care of a real one instead! Stand up and stretch while we are still youg; because when we grow old, all we will ever be capable of doing is sitting down. Most importantly, spend ample amount of time with family because they matter the most.

really, the FB/Zynga games are really a very bad bad addiction. I was couple of months back really addict of these Games. I am happy that I have completely stopped it now. I just removed these Game applications from my FB profile.
