The Danao Adventure Park is the latest attraction for globall thrill-seekers with E.A.T Danao, which stands for Eco/ Educational/ Extreme Adventure Tours. Located in the mountain ranges of what used to be the lair of Bohol's foremost local hero, Francisco Dagohoy, the park offers an array of facilities and diverse exhilarating activities form rappeling, spelunking, kayaking, trekking, river tubing, root climbing, wall climbing and bouldering to the heart-stopping zipline ride known as "Sui-slide"; cable ride, "Sky Ride"; and the extreme experienced "The Plunge".
Inland adventure also include spelunking in Sierra Bullones and Antequera, exploring the ancient wonders of Lamanok Cave in Anda;
River tubing at Makapiko Nature Park in Batuan; padding through the Abatan River, or taking an all-purpose terrain vehicle tour in Carmen and Baclayon.
Bohol's coastlines provide even more adrenaline-pumping activities above and below the sea. One may go island hopping, discovering pristine beaches and isles, or engaging in water-related sports, like kayaking.
Among the internationally-recognized best dive spots is Balicasag Island. A diver's paradise, it is located southwest of Panglao Island and with the nearby island of Pamilacan, the sea is home to one of the world's most diverse marine life.
Excellent dive sites are also found at Cabilao Island in Loon and deep in the surrounding waters of Anda Peninsula.
